Of all the existing options for sour cream, the most delicious and tender is the pie that is made according to the Tatar recipe. It is worth noting that until recently such a flour product was sold exclusively in a supermarket chain called "Bakhetle". However, even today, many housewives make Tatar pie "Smetannik" independently at home.

All the elements are required to mix with a spoon and gradually pour one full glass of fatty milk to them, and add one large spoon of softened butter. After this, it is necessary to mix the dough, add baking soda, which is suppressed with lemon juice.

In order for the base to acquire the desired consistency, it is desirable to completely roll it into a bowl, put it in a bowl and leave in a warm place for about sixty to seventy minutes. And at this time you can do the preparation of the filling.
