So, let's start by describing how to make rolls of chicken fillet with cheese. Take four small breasts, one hundred grams of hard cheese, one onion, one parsnip, one egg, a tablespoon of butter, three tablespoons of sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. To make sauce "Picada" you need to take parsley, almonds and garlic. Meat washed, large parts beat off from the inside, salt and pepper. Leave to soak. In the meantime, we prepare the filling. The remaining small pieces of meat are cut into small straws and put into a container for mixing the ingredients. Pasternak is washed, cleaned and cut into thin strips. The onion is cut into half rings. Fry it in butter with a strong fire for about three minutes. Mix with the filling. Then we rub cheese on a large grater and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Add the pepper and salt and mix. Now you can lay out the uniform filling of the prepared stuffing on prepared layers of meat. We twist the rolls from the chicken fillet and lay it suture down on the baking tray. With a beaten egg, grease the top and send it to the oven for half an hour.

Next, prepare the sauce "Picada". Grind almonds and garlic in a mortar with finely chopped parsley until a uniform mass is formed - ready!

We serve a dish with sour cream and a small amount of sauce on top. It turns out and the taste, and externally very wonderful!

In the following recipe, we will tell you how to prepare chicken fillet rolls with cheese, bacon and garlic. We need four chicken breasts, two hundred grams of bacon, 150 grams of spinach, two cloves of garlic, 200 grams of cheese (preferably hard grades), one lemon, pepper, salt and ground nutmeg. For the sauce "Romesco": almonds, garlic, chili, tomatoes, parsley. Chicken meat is prepared, as in the previous recipe. For the filling, cut the bacon into thin straws. Spinach and chopped onions are sawn in vegetable oil. Let's cool and add cheese, garlic and nutmeg. Then we add bacon. Mix and spread on fillets. Fold into rolls and put in a baking dish. Top spread thinly sliced slices of lemon. We will cover with foil or we will put on the sleeve a sleeve for roasting. Cook in the oven for thirty minutes.

To prepare the sauce, let's pass the tomatoes along with the chili. Greens, almonds and parsley greens are ground in a blender and grinded in a mortar. Then connect with tomatoes and chili. Serve to the table with sauce.
