Russia's land forces are power!

Land forces are a numerous and most diverse kind of combat forces that was created to repel enemy attacks and to protect the national territory of the Russian Federation. It is listed as the largest and largest among the other troops. Perhaps every modern man thinks that in the present age of technology, infantry occupy a less important place than before. But, unfortunately, or fortunately, this is not so. For a long time it was believed that until the foreigner's foot had set foot on the territory of the state, it would be free. This rule exists also in our time, therefore the army remains the most popular types of armed forces. They will have to fight back in case of an attack.

The land forces include: tank, motor rifle, artillery, anti-aircraft defense. The connections and unification of such troops is the basis of military circles. The military circle is responsible for a certain territory, which is appointed by the General Staff. The basis is the motorized rifle - the core of the battle formations. They are equipped with powerful weapons: mortars, artillery, anti-tank missiles, tanks, anti-aircraft and missile systems. The ground troops of the Russian Federation passed the first stage of reform. An organizational and rational structure has been created, the numerical and combat composition has been brought back to normal. The ground forces are preparing for the second stage of the reform: it will be aimed at improving the organizational structure, the potential for fire damage, and the quality of operational training for troops and staffs.

In 2005, the organizational structure was optimized. The ground forces underwent the following changes: the number of staff was reduced, and the training network was improved, which is responsible for training junior specialists. The number of staff was reduced to the required minimum. The same amount is planned to be implemented this year. The formation of two brigades has already begun, which should be deployed in the North Caucasus Military District. On their formation was allocated 12.8 billion. Intensively the construction of polygons and small towns is being conducted, which are intended for the training of young fighters. To reform all the land forces of Russia is the main task.

It's far from a secret that all professionals were more recently soldiers-conscripts who, having served six months, entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Defense. In this regard, nothing has changed, soldiers will serve not 2 years, but 3, and then they will go home. Few people decide for a second term.

Initially, the contract system was created for adults and experienced people who want to continue military service. Mostly these are men over 30 who have a family. So far this problem is not so acute, there is another - social. Unfortunately, there are units of such people in the troops. The problem is that the executive stage coincides with the preparatory stage. That is, only after the recruitment of citizens under the contract begins construction of housing for them. After the entry into force of the contract, they do not receive all the necessary conditions promised in the contract. All this is still being finalized. There is still something to strive for!
