Below is a recipe for a great snack, which is not a shame to put on any festive table. So, we need ingredients for making ordinary pancakes. These are three eggs (chicken), a glass of fresh milk, a glass of water, two glasses of sifted flour, sugar, salt, a little vegetable oil and a tiny pinch of soda. And for the filling we will need slightly salted salmon, curd cheese and green onion feathers. We cook ordinary pancakes, thin, lacy, but do not even think they are, because the most delicious part will be next.

Take a slightly cooled pancake, straighten it and generously grease the curd cheese. We take our fish and cut it into thin plates, we put them in random order on a pancake. Do not put too much to taste was not very saturated - here the taste should give all the ingredients. Across the pancake, put the feathers of onions, wrap the pancake with rolls, wrap it in a transparent food film and let it brew in the refrigerator for half an hour. In the classical version of this dish we will need the following ingredients: 2 Armenian lavash, several chicken eggs, a salted salmon package, lots of greens, salt, pepper, mayonnaise.

For starters, we cut our fish in small pieces, we can form layers, or even cubes, as your heart desires, but remember that the shape of the salmon will depend on the appearance of the cut roll. Grind the greens, boil the eggs until ready and rub them on a large grater, or cut into cubes. We take the first sheet of lavash and unfold it in full size, grease with mayonnaise, generously sprinkle it with chopped herbs, salt, pepper. We spread the eggs. Now take the second sheet of pita bread and cover the first sheet, grease the top with mayonnaise, spread the fish. Carefully wrap everything, cover with a food film and let it brew in a cool place, so that the pita is thoroughly soaked.
