A large number of lean and vegetarian cutlets can be prepared from cereals, peas and vegetables. They are done very quickly and easily, and can please not only adults, but children. Cutlets from lentils, buckwheat, peas, rice - everyone will find for themselves the most favorite dish.

Cutlets from buckwheat

To prepare vegetarian buckwheat patties, you can take cereals (200 g), dried mushrooms, onion head, a slice of white bread, 4 eggs (it is better to separate proteins from yolks in advance), milk and breadcrumbs for breading. First you should cook buckwheat porridge, and then cool it. Fried mushrooms and onions are fried in a pan. All this is added to the porridge. There also goes the bread, which is soaked in advance in milk. Buckwheat 4 yolks into buckwheat minced. Everything is thoroughly mixed, and then cutlets are formed. First they are dumped in whipped whites, and then in breadcrumbs. You can fry the dish in vegetable oil, and serve best on a plate decorated with lettuce leaves.

Cutlets from lentils

Surprise their own home, if you cook for them very hearty cutlets from lentils. To do this, take a glass of lentils, half a glass of wheat (preferably shallow), 3 cups of boiling water, a bunch of dill, a green onion, red pepper, salt, a little mint, 2 onions, half a cup of butter and a half spoonful of tomato paste.

Cutlets from peas

Original cutlets are obtained if they are cooked from peas. Take half the head of garlic, 2 onions, a glass of peas, half a cup of flour, a little black pepper, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs and vegetable oil. First, the peas are soaked in water for about night. Only after that it can be welded. Then everything is quite simple. Pass through the meat grinder and peas, and garlic. In the ground, add crushed and fried onions, as well as all the remaining ingredients, with the exception of oil and biscuits. From a pea blend make cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in oil. Before you put the dish on the table, it is best to pour it with fresh sour cream.

Cutlets from pearl barley

Lush and tender cutlets are obtained from pearl barley. And home or guests will be very surprised to learn the secret of their cooking. Take 100 grams of pearl barley, onion, egg, essential seasonings, flour and vegetable oil. To quickly cook meatballs, which taste sometimes even do not differ from meat, you must firstly soak the whole barley in cold water for the whole night. Then it will be enough to boil it. This will take a maximum of 25 minutes. The ready croup is twisted with a meat grinder. Onions are finely chopped and added to minced meat. There is an egg and seasonings. From the mass make beautiful and neat cutlets or meatballs in the form of balls. They crumble in flour and fry in oil until they turn golden.

Rice cutlets for children

Favorite delicacy for a children's table is quick and easy, and it turns out not only originally, but also very useful for a growing organism. It will take only a glass of rice, 3 apples (of course, sweet), an egg, small rusks, butter, a spoonful of sugar, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and salt. For the beginning cook porridge from cereals. Once it is cooked, the rice is cooled. On a small grater, apples are crushed and combined with porridge. Sugar, salt and egg are also found here. Everything is thoroughly mixed.

From the resulting minced meatballs are made. They are breaded in breadcrumbs and sent to fry in a frying pan in oil. Excellent combination of unusual cutlets with sour cream.
