Buckwheat is the basis for many delicious and healthy dishes. In this article we will tell you how to cook Greek meat with meat. Recipes for these original cutlets are not too complicated, and even beginners can cook them without much effort.

Grechany with chicken

Prepare a hearty supper for the whole family of the simplest foods is very easy. Read the instructions carefully and boldly get down to business:

  • Grind and fry onion and garlic in a pan, add the diluted tomato to them and bring the sauce to a boil.
  • After 15 minutes, when the liquid boils, and the foam disappears, put salt, sugar, vinegar and favorite spices in the pan. Warm the mass for a few more minutes.
  • Fold the fried Greek in deep dishes, pour them with sauce and cook until ready.

Grechany with meat minced meat

This dish is prepared almost the same way as traditional "hedgehogs", but instead of rice we will use buckwheat. Please note that in this case we will use raw minced meat and raw croup to make the cutlets more juicy and useful. Grechaniki (recipe with minced meat) is prepared as follows:

  • Cut pieces of beef and pork from the bones and cut off the visible fat. Grind the meat with a meat grinder.
  • To the mixed stuffing (400 grams) add chopped green onions (one bunch), one egg, half a glass of washed cereal, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, form cutlets and fry them in a deep frying pan with vegetable oil.
  • To prepare the sauce, mix sour cream (one packet) with curry powder (half a teaspoon), flour and salt. Dilute the mixture with a glass of warm water and mix again.
  • Finished grahamers pour sour cream sauce and bring to a boil. After that, the heating should be reduced, cover the dishes and cook until ready.

Grechaniki (a recipe with minced meat) is quite a satisfying dish, so do not prepare a separate side dish for it. It is best to serve it on a table with a salad of fresh vegetables.

For the preparation of these cutlets you can use chicken, beef or pork liver. And on the garnish, we advise you to cut fresh vegetables or serve a tinned salad of your own. Make the Greek with the liver is quite simple:

  • Cook the croup (half a glass), mix it with the hepatic mince, rubbed onion, flour, one egg, salt and pepper.

Grechaniki with meat and mushrooms

Fresh forest mushrooms are able to give any dish a special flavor and original taste. But if you did not have them at your disposal, you can use the dried ones or buy champignons in the nearest supermarket. How to cook Greek:

  • Cook the rump (one glass) almost to the full preparedness and drain the excess water.
  • Fry the cut mushrooms (500 grams) with onions, and then grind them with a blender.
  • Separately fry until half-prepared meat mince (300 grams).
  • Mix together all the products, add one egg, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Form cutlets with your hands and roll them in flour. They can be given any shape - oval, round or oblong.
  • Fry the Greek on both sides and serve it hot.

Recipe with vegetables

Grechaniki with meat (recipes are presented in the article) are perfectly combined with any fresh vegetables. For example, in cutlet minced meat you can add crushed tomatoes, grated zucchini or eggplants. This dish will be much juicier and more appetizing. If you prefer classic Greek meats with meat (recipes do not differ in complexity), then try to prepare them as follows:

  • Onions, carrots, bell peppers and eggplants cut into cubes. Put the vegetables in a frying pan and fry in a little oil.
  • When they are almost ready, add a little soy sauce, chopped tomatoes and garlic. Warm up the vegetables on fire for a few more minutes.
  • Put the first layer of ready cutlets in a bowl with a thick bottom, the top part of the vegetables, then the operation should be repeated several times.
  • Simmer the dish over low heat for ten or fifteen minutes.
