Roll with tuna: interesting recipes and advice from professionals

Rolls are products by which the most part of the population of the different countries knows about national Japanese and Korean kitchen.   5. The design should be pushed to the edge of the mat and carefully folded in the form of a roll.
  6. Put the finished roll on a cutting board and with a sharp knife soaked in water, cut it into 6 identical parts.

When serving this dish is usually decorated with wasabi and ginger.

Benefit and harm

Special attention should be paid to the nutritional value of this dish. Roll with tuna Can be called dietary, since 100 g of the product contains only 131.9 kcal. At the same time, due to fish, it is rich in proteins, trace elements, vitamins and fatty acids useful to humans.

How else can you make rolls with tuna? Recipe, which uses vegetables, is considered one of the simplest options with the use of mixed fillings. You need the following ingredients to work:

  • 200 grams of rice as much fresh cucumber;
  • 120 g of salted tuna;
  • 30 ml of rice vinegar;
  • 4 sheets of nori algae;
  • 20 grams of tobiko roe (flying fish).

The technology of cooking dishes is extremely simple:

  1. First you need to boil the rice. Do this strictly according to the technology indicated on each package.
  2. In the finished product add vinegar.
  3. Cucumbers to wash and cut with fish fillets neat thin slabs.
  4. On the table spread "makisu" (mat for rolls), covered with food film.
  5. Lay the nori sheet on it.
  6. Carefully distribute the rice on it, not reaching the edge on one side by about a centimeter.
  7. In the middle put a cucumber, and next to it a piece of tuna.
  8. Twist the products with sausage, wrapping the roll away from yourself.
  9. Cut the workpiece first in half, and then each piece for another 3 or 4 pieces.

A compulsory supplement for this dish is tobiko caviar, which must be placed on the edge of the plate.

An unusual recipe

Similarly, rolls with canned tuna are prepared. For work the same devices (a mat, a water bowl and a knife) are required. But the set of products in this case needs a slightly different:

  • 500 g of special rice;
  • 2 medium sized carrots;
  • 2 nori sheets;
  • A can of tinned tuna (200 g);
  • A couple tablespoons of rice vinegar.

Method of cooking:

  1. Cook the rice. In this case, it is by no means necessary to salt.
  2. Boil the carrots. After that, it must be cleaned and cut along the usual straws.
  3. Open the jar of canned food and drain the juice from it.
  4. On top of the mat spread the nori sheet. Its rough side should be on top.
  5. Distribute on it a fig.
  6. Put on it a few pieces of carrots and tuna.
  7. Roll products into a roll.
  8. Cut the workpiece into several equal parts.

To a table with such a dish, except sour wasabi and ginger, soy sauce must be served. However, in cafes and restaurants it is not cooked so often. They are more focused on classic recipes. But at home you can make such rolls quickly and without any problems.
