For preparation we need the following ingredients:

- flour sifted

- a pinch of salt

- one tablespoon of vegetable oil

- apples 5 pieces

- A handful of raisins

- one tablespoon of honey

- one teaspoon of lemon peel

- bread crumbs

- two tablespoons of granulated sugar (+ one tablespoon of powdered sugar)

- half a teaspoon of cinnamon

- ground almonds

- black tea

We start with the preparation of a lean dough (recipes of lean baking). In a deep container we pour the flour, add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil. Further, gradually stirring the dough, we start slowly pouring water (half a glass) so that we get a homogeneous sticky mass without flour clots, which sticks to the sides of the bowl. Now sprinkle the flour on the worktable and spread all the dough on it, and begin to knead, gradually pouring the dough with flour, so that it absorbs as much as necessary for elasticity. But you need to make sure that the dough does not become rubber, so pour the flour in small amounts and gradually.

In the process of adding flour, the dough needs to be crushed to make it smooth and elastic. It is important to bring the dough to a state where it does not stick to the hands and table. After that, the dough should be allowed to stand for a while at room temperature. Pre-it must be coated in vegetable oil, put in a bowl and left for half an hour.

In the meantime, you can do the preparation of the filling. First we need to prepare raisins: we put it in a small bowl and fill it with hot black brewed tea, and leave it for a while.

In a separate container, mix the sliced apples, honey and lemon zest. In another container, mix sugar and cinnamon. Separately in the frying pan, warm the breadcrumbs to make them a little toasted.

On the table lay out a clean waffle towel, sprinkle it with flour, so that the entire surface was sprinkled. We spread the dough on it and begin to knead it in a lozenge. And then roll out the rolling pin as thin as possible. In order for the dough to be evenly thin, it is necessary from time to time to turn it to the other side and roll it out from both sides. When the dough layer becomes very thin, you need to take care that its edges also become thin, and additionally stretch them with your fingers.

Next, on the rolled dough from above, sprinkle the breadcrumbs with a thin layer evenly, receding from the edges. Then equally equally distribute sugar with cinnamon and ground almonds. We take a stuffing from apples and we spread it with sausage along the dough from one side. Then we begin to roll the dough roll. First, wrap the shorter edge on the top of the filling, and then turn the sausage into a roll with a waffle towel a few turns. At both ends, the dough should be pinched so that the filling and liquid remain inside. Also, with the help of a towel, put the strudel on a baking sheet, we pour it over the top with tea, in which the raisins are soaked, and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes. When the apple strudel is covered with a pink crust and baked inside, you can get it and allow it to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into slices and serve for tea.
