First of all, it is necessary to soak 3 tablespoons of manga in 100 ml of milk. While the semolina is soaked, it is necessary to soften the butter, 4 tablespoons, beat with a mixer together with 0.5 cups of sugar and yolks from three chicken eggs. After all this is thrown into a homogeneous mass, there is added cottage cheese, previously rubbed through a sieve (half a kilogram), a little vanilla, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, grated zest, a spoonful of raisins and a spoon of chopped walnuts. Egg whites are beaten in foam in a separate bowl, then add them to the main mixture. Stir it carefully so as not to bring down the foam. Lastly, the dough is added to the dough.

The resulting cottage cheese mass is transferred to the mold. The form must first be oiled. Then the form is put in the heated oven for 40 minutes. You can prepare this pudding in a water bath. For this pudding you need a can of canned apricots without pits, a half a kilogram of grated cottage cheese, a little lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, breadcrumbs and chopped walnuts, butter 3 spoons and a couple of eggs.

First of all, the apricots are ground in a blender to a puree state, a small amount of syrup from apricots and lemon juice is poured into it. Cottage cheese is mixed with breadcrumbs, poured into them melted butter and apricot puree. Then add egg yolks with sugar. Everything is mixed into a homogeneous mass.

Egg whites are beaten separately and added to the dough last. Together with the protein foam, add nuts. The resulting mass is transferred to the mold and baked for an hour.

A special pleasure is to prepare a cheese pudding in a multivariate. The process of preparing the curd mass is very similar, but there are also small differences. For example, the following is a recipe for a cheese pudding with apples, which is prepared in a multivariate.

First you need to clean and cut rings of 5 large apples. Then prepare the cottage cheese dough for pudding. The polylogram of cottage cheese should be kneaded with a fork, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 3 spoons of mango and a little salt are added to it. Stir and gradually pour a few spoons of flour, and knead the dough.

Then prepare the sugar syrup. In the saucepan pour one mulia sugar, pour two spoons of water, add a little vanilla. Stirring constantly, the mixture is brought to a boil and boiled until the sugar dissolves. Then the saucepan is removed from the plate and added to the butter syrup, about 30 g.
