Baked apples. Recipe.

In the oven, rather delicious and beautiful, baked apples are obtained. The recipe for cooking apples is quite simple, the main thing is to take sour fruits, which have a strong peel. You can just bake whole apples, or you can add a very delicious filling. The stuffing, which is stuffed with apples, you can choose absolutely any: honey, various nuts, curd mass, minced meat, etc. Such apples are not only very delicious, but also useful for our body.

Baked apples are the recipe of our grandmothers.

We need: four large apples, 150 grams of raisins without pits, two dried figs and dates, some almonds, pine nuts and cashew, a cinnamon spoon, honey (liquid) and a pinch of ground ginger.

Preparation: figs and raisins are poured with warm water, let stand for about 20 minutes, well dried and finely chopped. Just cut the dates and chop the nuts. Mix everything and add ground ginger and cinnamon.

Apples are washed and take out the pulp with a teaspoon or if there is a special knife, then you can use it. It is very important not to damage the skin of the apple and leave the whole whole. To the apples in the oven are not cracked, it is recommended to puncture the toothpick from all sides.

Ready apples are filled with a mixture of nuts and dried fruits and make it as dense as possible. Next, each stuffed apple wrapped in foil, without forgetting to leave a small hole.

We turn on the oven 180 degrees, put the apples on the baking sheet and put it on for half an hour. Serve apples in any form and with the addition of honey.

Baked apples, the recipe we examined, is suitable as a sweet dessert.

Baked apples with honey.

Five tablespoons of dry white wine, 100 grams of prunes, 40 grams of butter, two tablespoons of honey, a pinch of ground cinnamon, 75 grams of peeled sunflower seeds, four large apples, two tablespoons of sugar (cane), a glass of fatty yogurt without additives .

Preparation: bring the wine to a boil, fill them with prunes and let them stand for a while. Separately, melt butter, honey, add sunflower seeds and bring everything to a boil.

Thoroughly wash apples, cut off the tops and put them aside, we need them as lids. Next, very carefully remove the flesh.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees, spread apples on a baking tray and fill them with hot honey and butter. Bake for about 15 minutes.

We cover the apple lids with butter, cover the apples and continue baking for another 15 minutes.

While the apples are baked, mix the soaked prunes with sugar, put them into a blender and grind them to a homogeneous mass. After that, pour in yogurt, mix and serve with ready-made apples.

Baked apples with cottage cheese.

First we prepare apples. Well they are washed and we take out with a knife a core with seeds. Now let's deal with the filling. Boil the rice and leave it to cool. After that, mix rice, cottage cheese and sugar in equal proportions, add vanillin and cinnamon to taste. The mass should not be very liquid, in order to avoid the transformation of apples into porridge. If desired, you can add one egg to better bind the mass.

Well stuff apples with our stuffing, lay out on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.

After the apples are cooked, we give them not much to cool, sprinkle sugar powder on top and, if desired, chopped nuts.

If you can not bake apples in the oven, you can use the microwave. Just cook, stuff apples, put them in a deep plate, cover with a lid and put in the microwave for only five minutes. Sprinkle the apples with powdered sugar. Very fast and delicious.
