The main active substance of the drug is trimetazidine. This drug is produced in the form of biconvex round tablets, covered with a red film shell. They have a modified release of trimetazidine. This drug prevents intracellular reduction of ATP, optimizing the energy metabolism of cells in a state of ischemia and hypoxia. That is, the main effect of the drug "Preductal" is to ensure the normal functioning of ion membrane channels and transmembrane transfer of sodium and potassium ions.
