Potatoes in the oven - all ingenious is simple!

In the arsenal of a good housewife there are always at least twenty recipes of dishes from potatoes. Today we will try to replenish this stock. The theme of our conversation is potatoes in the oven.

Remove excess moisture from them with a paper towel. Now take any container of the appropriate size and pour a little vegetable oil. Put into it chopped potato slices and mix everything thoroughly. Then add salt, cumin and seasoning to taste.

While you are engaged in these preparations, give a good warm up oven. Take a baking sheet and oil it with sunflower oil. Put the potatoes on it in one layer and put in a heated oven. It will take quite a bit of time to prepare this dish. Enough fifteen minutes.

Now we take a baking tray, put the pickled meat on the bottom, which is topped with mayonnaise. It was the turn of the potato. An even layer over the meat is laid our slices.

Bake all this splendor should not more than twenty-five to thirty minutes at a temperature of two hundred and twenty degrees. Literally, ten minutes before the readiness to get out the pan and sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese. As soon as the golden crust appears, the dish is ready. The recipe for potatoes with meat in the oven is not much different from the previously considered option. There are only minor nuances. In this case, potatoes are cut into circles, meat - small cubes, and onions - rings.

Prepared foods are placed on a greased baking sheet in the following order: firstly there are potato slices, half of its total mass, then rings of onions, into which cubes of meat are laid. From above distribute the remaining potatoes. Lubricate all this with a thick layer of sour cream and put in a heated oven for one hour. Appeared beautiful and hard crust from sour cream testifies to full readiness of our remarkable dish.
