What do you need?

  • Potato (850 g);
  • Hard cheese (150-170 g);
  • Champignons (200 g);
  • Olive oil (2 tbsp.);

  • Tomatoes (2-3 pcs.);
  • salt and pepper.

In the next step, we heat the olive oil in another pan, spread the prepared mixture in the form of a pie, fry it on high heat for about 3-5 minutes. The next step is to heat the oven to 200 degrees, rub the cheese on an average grater and cut into thin tomatoes. Then put tomatoes on top, sprinkle the casserole with hard cheese and send to the oven for 10-15 minutes.

  • 800 g of potatoes;
  • 200 g of tomatoes;
  • 0,5 kg of stuffing;
  • 200 g of onion;
  • 100 g of cream;
  • 150 grams of cheese.

How to cook?

First you should cook potatoes, cut it in neat circles. Next, crush as much as possible onion and rub, using a large grater, cheese. Also, as small as possible cut tomatoes. Fry the onions in butter, then add the mince to it and continue to fry for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then you need to salt and pepper our onion and meat mixture. In the next step, we add tomatoes to the future casserole, mix everything thoroughly and extinguish in the area of 7-8 minutes. Potatoes are laid out in a form, pepper and salt. From above, we lay a uniform layer of minced meat, sprinkle it with cream and cover with cheese. In the oven, heated to 180 degrees, the dish should be baked for about 25 minutes.
