You will need: 4 potatoes, about 200 grams of cabbage, parsley and dill, a clove of garlic, a few tablespoons of oil, salt, and also red pepper or black. All these ingredients are based on 2 or 3 liters of water.
And for roasting you need: 1 beet, carrot is also one, bulb is better (so it will give more extra flavor, which is very important for soup without meat), 1 Bulgarian pepper and 3 to 4 tomatoes (but they can be replaced by several spoons of tomato Paste).
First you need to wash the potatoes, peel it and cut into cubes. Cabbage is also washed and finely shredded. Beets are cleaned and cut with thin straws, carrots - cubes. Pepper is washed, cleaned. A seed box is removed from it, and it is cut into cubes. The greens are washed, dried and cut. Tomatoes rub on the small grater to become a gruel. The skin is removed from them.
The roast is cooked like this. Put the beets into the frying pan and fry for about 4 minutes. Mix with onions and fry for a few more minutes (by eye, until golden brown), and then add carrots and fry all together for about 4 minutes. Stir with grated tomatoes or tomato paste and fry for 5 minutes. Pour a glass of water and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. The frying is ready.
After that, you need to take a pan, pour water into it, salt and sliced chopped potatoes. After 10 minutes, add chopped cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes. Then put the fry in the pan and bring to the ready for 3 minutes. Put pepper here, salt - all for your taste; Garlic, parsley and dill. You can add a bay leaf. Insist 15 minutes. Now borsch is ready.

Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, canned tuna can, several lettuce leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Cucumbers are washed, dried and cut with mugs or semicircles. Pepper is washed, cut into halves and cut out the seed box. Then cut into strips. With tuna, drain the liquid and disassemble it into small pieces. Remove all large bones from them. Wash the leaves of lettuce and coarsely chop.
Sauce for salad will serve as a mixture of oil, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
