"Pervak" from jam

Ingredients: thirty liters of water, three kilos of sugar, jam, three hundred grams of yeast.

Water is heated, fermented jam, yeast and sugar are added, thoroughly mixed and left for seven days in a warm place for fermentation. After a lapse of time, the moonshine is distilled in a standard way. You can use this "pervak" as an independent drink, but you can use it to make home wine.
