It is much easier to get a drink by mixing simple inexpensive ingredients in a blender.

Baileys at home is prepared in different ways. There are many variations of the composition, but the recipe given here is the closest to the true taste qualities.

So, for the preparation of liquor in an amount approximately equal to 1 liter, you will need:

  • Raw egg - 6 pcs .;
  • Condensed coffee with milk * - 1 b. (380 g);
  • Vanilla sugar - 5 g;
  • Elite vodka or pure alcohol - 250-300 ml;
  • Quality whiskey - 50 ml.

Cooking procedure

Place yolks, condensed coffee and vanilla sugar in the whipping container . Whip them for 3-7 minutes. Enter the vodka and continue to whisk as much as the same. If you decide to make coffee, then it must be prepared in advance, cooled and mixed with vodka. Ideally, vodka with coffee should be infused for at least 24 hours.

At home, you get a drink that has the taste and properties of ordinary liquor. Serve it in a low glass on a leg, similar to a martini glass, but smaller. Pour properly 2/3 glasses. You can drink it yourself or with ice cubes.

Liqueur is considered a digestive - a drink used after a meal, to improve digestion. Therefore, it is correct to serve it with dessert. It fits perfectly with ice cream and coffee. Sometimes, in an informal setting, it is added directly into coffee as a substitute for cream and sugar.

Baileys at home will become even more like the original, if you spill his cocoa or grated chocolate. A wonderful addition in a romantic atmosphere can be a strawberry with cream or a banana dessert.

Desserts that are suitable for this liqueur include nuts, cream, vanilla, fruits and berries, chocolate, cocoa. Soft cream cheese and desserts based on it, for example, Tiramisu cake, emphasize the taste and aroma of the drink.

Based on Baileys liquor, you can prepare cocktails. Typically, this is a multi-layered cocktail of several varieties of liquor or whipped substance using cream, chocolate and fresh fruit.

Non-combining products

Baileys can be drunk and at a meal, the main thing to remember is that seafood and sushi, pasta absolutely do not combine with its taste. In addition, the liqueur is sugary sweet and interrupts the taste of the dishes. If you are going to treat them to a gourmet, then offer only to meat dishes with sweet sauces, or to salads from fresh vegetables and fruits.
