Several cloves of garlic need to be cleaned and cut or grated on a medium-sized grater. We put it in a bowl. Warm up a few spoons of olive oil or vegetable oil and pour it into the garlic. Add salt and pepper to this mixture and leave to cool.

We take a baking tray and lay out on it prepared hats, smeared with garlic mixture. Then cut the large tomato into cubes and add the champignons to the chopped legs. Two Bulgarian peppers (you can take different colors) are also cleaned and cut into small cubes. Add to tomatoes and mushrooms. Onions and greens are cut and poured into the same bowl. Vegetable mixture can be a little salt and pepper. Next, fill this mixture with champignons and put them in the oven for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven.
