Tomatoes in their juice turn into a puree with a blender. Mix with cream, herbs, a little water and salt. The resulting mixture is poured into a saucepan with our preforms and put on fire. We wait for the boil, then lower the temperature and stew until completely ready. This takes about forty minutes. We put the prepared dish in personal plates and pour the sauce.
