So, we need:

  • 150 g of pumpkin;
  • carrot;
  • bulb;
  • Celery - 2-3 stems;
  • Minced meat - 350 g;
  • salt;
  • Pepper, bay leaf.

Prepared peas dipped in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Salt is not necessary to add, otherwise it will be hard. We will salt already ready pea soup with meatballs, at the very end. Then we clean, cut the pumpkin with the diced potatoes and send it to cook to the peas.

At this time, prepare the roast.

Onion finely chopped, three on a grated carrot. Take the stalks of celery, cut into large pieces and grind in a blender. Add to carrots and onions, fry and send to soup. Now proceed to the meatballs. Mine and peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add to the peas in an hour. To make the raw potatoes not dark, keep it in cold water, and grind immediately before laying it in the bowl.
