Recipe for beetroot: salvation in the heat.

Beetroot is a relative of borsch. He is considered the best way to save himself from heat during the hot season. When the body does not want to take the first hot dishes, the beetroot recipe will have to come in handy. National Ukrainian cuisine can be justly proud of this delicious dish.

The beetroot recipe is not the only one, it has many variations. But, of course, the main ingredient of this dish is just beet. As a broth for this first dish, it is usually used curdled milk or kvass, and some cook it on yoghurt or matzoni, kefir and beet broth. In order that the beetroot soup does not turn into a cold borsch, you must use the tops in the process of preparing it.

As for cooking technology, every cook has his own opinion on this matter. Someone cuts beets, someone shreds, and someone rubs on a large grater. The plant, as a rule, all who use it, cut into small pieces with a knife. Further all this is simply brewed and various ingredients are added in the process. Preparing beetroot is not too difficult task. Professional cooks are advised in order to get rid of the problem of red hands and get a more rich beetroot, boil first the whole beet, and then cut it into small pieces and cook in the resulting broth.

Recipe beetroot pursues one goal - to keep the soup claret color. It is for this that lemon juice or citric acid is added to it . If you accidentally perekislite beetroot, then you can save it with sugar.

Each recipe for beetroots assumes the addition of various dens. It can be an egg, cucumber, sausage, radish, meat and so on. Remember that beetroot should only be given with acid, do not peroxidise it.

The basis for beetroots you have the right to choose yourself. But many professional culinary experts claim that the best basis is exactly kvass, not beet broth or yogurt. This first course is certainly beneficial for your health. Its use is a preventive measure in the fight against the onset of cancer, as well as problems with the gastrointestinal tract.

Here is the recipe for beetroot, which will not leave you or your loved ones indifferent. You will need one beet, two potatoes, four eggs, fresh cucumber, cooked sausage (about 200 grams), radish, one lemon, sour cream, horseradish, greens and salt.

So, the beets need to be cleaned, cut into 4-6 pieces, in order to make it faster cooked, pour a liter of water and cook. At that moment when the beet has already become soft, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool. In this recipe, beetroot is brewed on beet broth, so do not pour out the water in which the beets were cooked. Now rub the beetroot on a large grater and send it back to the pan. Add a little bit of citric acid or juice of your lemon. So, now the mix for beetroot soup is being prepared. Eggs and potatoes must be cleaned, then cut them and all the other ingredients, mix and salt. This is the mixture and you need to pour the broth, while filling all the sour cream. Horseradish is added to taste.

Beetroot recipe with apples and vegetables. Take 250 grams of boiled potatoes, 100 grams of boiled beets, 150 grams of cucumbers and 80 grams of apples, brush it all and cut into cubes. Two eggs must be hard-boiled, whilst yolks are carefully grinded with 15 grams of mustard, 100 grams of sour cream, green onions, 20 grams of sugar and salt, then pour this mixture with kvass (about one and a half liters). In a saucepan, you need to put chopped vegetables, chopped squirrels and fill it with the resulting kvass. Serve a dish you must with greens. Such beetroot will be appreciated by your friends and relatives.
