First, wash the peppers and tomatoes. Then cut them finely and grind them with a blender in puree. We take a deep frying pan, throw butter and caramelize sugar in it. Then add the vegetable puree. Main Ingredients:

  • Water (one glass);
  • Tomatoes (six pieces);
  • Chicken broth (three glasses);

  • freshly ground pepper.

Technology of preparation

Take the pan. Pour chicken broth and water, bring to a boil. We add a couple drops of vegetable oil. We cut tomatoes and onions into cubes. We lower them into broth. We cook for ten minutes. While we prepare the egg-starch mixture. Take a spoonful of starch and mix it with water. We break the egg into a glass. Stir thoroughly the starch and egg mass. A thin trickle pour into our soup egg-starch mixture. Gently mix and cook for another five minutes. As time is up, turn off the fire. Serve immediately on the table. If desired, you can sprinkle with herbs.

Tomato soup with fish: recipe

Main Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes;
  • one egg;
  • Fish (300 grams);
  • Sour cream 10% (half a cup);
  • One cucumber;
  • Green onions;
  • spice;
  • sea salt.

Technology of preparation

Cook broth from the fish for about an hour. In the meantime, we clean the peel from the peel and finely chop it, rub it with salt. Egg boil. Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into cubes with the egg. Blend tomatoes in a blender. If there are no fresh tomatoes, then you can replace tomato juice or dilute the pasta in boiled water. After an hour, add crushed tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
