Now the whisk should be beaten until the dough becomes homogeneous, without lumps, which can ruin the taste of pancakes and the appearance of the prepared dish.

Now let's talk about how to bake a yeast pancake recipe whose preparation is slightly different from a yeast, but it is also not difficult to perform. First you need to warm up half the milk to room temperature, then combine it with yeast and wait until they disperse. After that, add the eggs, salt and sugar and pour into the flour, stirring constantly. The resulting mass to put in a warm place.

After 20 minutes you need to heat the second half of the milk and pour it into the yeast mass. All the ingredients are intensively mixed, after which the fritters can be baked in a pan.
This culinary dish has one serious drawback - even simple pancakes recipe that includes wheat flour and milk, and fried in a large amount of sunflower or other oil are obtained very fat and high in calories, and therefore full people have them harmful.
You can make diet pancakes - in them the flour is replaced with oat flakes.
