Think about it: you get up in the morning, you make (or go buy) coffee, you get a strong, smoking and fragrant drink, you take a breath, then take a sip and ... Everything, coffee is over, it's day. But where did the moment of enjoying the drink disappear? Was he even there? We so often do not notice events and actions, but we pass through them ...

We turn back and think: "How much time do I spend on different things!" But do we really live these moments?

1. Invent yourself a trigger

3. Pay attention to your feelings

Many spend time buying new furniture, clothes, accessories, but when was the last time you actually felt these new things?

For example, do you enjoy cotton pajamas and a soft feather bed or just, tired, fall on the bed at the end of the day? What do you think is better?

Do you wrap yourself in a scarf on a frosty day and get drunk with its warmth or just throw it on your back, hurrying to jump into the elevator? Try your supper, thinking how delicious the meat and stew came out, or mechanically eating the cookies while watching the next series? Not surprisingly, overeating is a scourge of modern society.

Do you enjoy the feeling of a soft texture of the cream and its aroma, performing a daily ritual, or just squeezing a drop into the palm of your hand, hastily dropping the tube into your bag? Did you know that most creams smell just divine, but we never sniff them outside of stores - from the day we bought it?

Are you reveling in the incredible beauty of music, the vibrations of tones and vibrations, soaring up into heaven when you listen to a song that you like, or turn it on as a background? Do you really think that you listen to music?

Often go back to this important word - pleasure. That it is able to paint the grayest day. Preparing breakfast, ironing the dog, talking with loved ones, remember the pleasure, and life will begin to be felt much better.
