I would like to sing an ode to mushrooms - the most remarkable gift of our careful mother nature! It was thanks to them that we were able to survive in the hardest of the nineties, when the whole country, mainly middle-class people in terms of material situation, was shaken by terrible trials in the form of "frozen" savings and salaries.

My family at that time moved to live in the countryside. And we have mushrooms here - apparently invisible! Girls go from school and on the way to their portfolios are recruited. And then they even began to take packets for them. There is no money, except potatoes, which they themselves raised, but vegetables - there is nothing. Bread, and then baked from rye flour.

So I figured out how to cook potatoes with mushrooms so as to get by with their own products. And it turned out that this is very tasty, and satisfying!

In a large saucepan - we had five people in the family - I put together sliced mushrooms, potatoes, sliced larger, shredded cabbage, chopped onion and carrots. I pour a little water, so that its level is 2 cm above all components, and put it on the fire. In the course of cooking, add salt, greens, Bulgarian pepper and tomato sauce, if any.

And how to cook potatoes with mushrooms, if there is no sauce or is it contraindicated? Easily! You just need to replace the sauce with chopped fresh tomatoes, but this, in principle, is not necessary. At the end of cooking, pour into a saucepan (5 liters) half a cup of vegetable oil or half a pack of creamy. I cook this dish for about 30 minutes after boiling water. This recipe is suitable for those who have various problems with digestion.

But there is a more difficult option, how to cook potatoes with mushrooms and cabbage for perfectly healthy people. In this case, cabbage and mushrooms should be fried before laying. At the very end, you can add sour cream or mayonnaise - this will make the dish more caloric and thick.

The second "stick-rescue" is a recipe that will teach how to cook potatoes with mushrooms in the test. As a matter of fact, it turns out pies with a potato-mushroom stuffing. Mushrooms for the filling can also be pre-fried in advance, and the potatoes can simply be cut into cubes. Although it is possible to use ready-made mashed potatoes. Yes, and vareniki with such a filling - a real delusion!

If the landlady does not know how to put out the potatoes with mushrooms, then she can be offered such a recipe. Pre-fried on a strong fire for a short time fried. You need to achieve a beautiful crust. And the forest must first boil. Mushrooms are removed from the frying pan, and in the same oil fry onions and carrots. If necessary, you can add oil.

After the roots were removed from the frying pan, we begin to roast the potatoes. It should also not be brought to full readiness, just 10 minutes of roasting. After that, add all the ingredients to the saucepan or the scallop, salt, pepper, add nutmeg, sour cream or mayonnaise, a little bit of water, mix and stew with the lid closed for 25 minutes. You can make the last stage of the quenching in the oven or microwave. In the latter case, 2-3 minutes are sufficient.

When the food is spread out on plates, you can sprinkle the food with sliced greens.

Do you know how to cook potatoes with mushrooms in pots? Oh, this is an amazing dish! Not only is it extremely easy to cook - folded all the ingredients in the dishes and hang yourself on the couch, wait - wait for the oven to cook everything - it will be put out, so what's the beauty!

For each serving, you need to take 2 potatoes, a small onion, champignons as much as the potato. And a handful of dried white mushrooms in advance boil to obtain a fragrant broth. After all, the mushrooms themselves have almost no mushroom flavor.

Fry very shortly on high heat in the butter mushrooms to crust, take them out, and in the same oil we dip the potatoes, cut into quarters. We also prepare it for 10 minutes, not making it ready. In each pot on the bottom we pour a spoon of butter, crumbled raw onions, chopped white mushrooms from broth and fried potatoes and mushrooms. Slightly salted and peppered. From above pour the mushroom broth on the level of the laid components, cover with a foil or lid. In a preheated to 160 degrees oven for three quarters of an hour we put pots. You can take out the pots in 35 minutes in order to sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese and again put them in the oven.

What an excellent dish after that! What is interesting: mushrooms can be combined with any ingredients. With them, "friends" and vegetables, and meat, and dough. Of mushrooms, even some craftsmen are preparing miracle shashlik! So there is nothing to be lazy, it's time to grab the basket in the hands and - into the woods, over the mushrooms!
