Oatmeal cookies: composition. GOST and variations according to needs

Oatmeal cookies, the composition of which differs from each hostess, depending on the preferences, is an amazing dish. Surely many people remember the "same" oatmeal cookie from childhood. It was prepared in accordance with GOST and was sold in elongated cardboard boxes. It was not as it is now - lighter, more saturated and fragrant, while not particularly greasy. Do you want to resurrect your memories? Prepare the oatmeal cookie with the recipe below, the GOST approves:

  • Wheat flour - 350 grams;
  • Oatmeal flour - 150 grams;
  • Sugar - 250 grams;
  • Butter - 170 grams;
  • Sugar vanilla - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Raisins - 25 grams;
  • Treacle - 35 grams;
  • Water - 140 grams;
  • Soda - 2/3 tsp.
  • Salt - 2/3 teaspoons;
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon without a slide.

Preparation

The number of products from which we will prepare the "same" oatmeal cookie (the composition is indicated above) is calculated for 50 pieces. If this amount is too large for you, then boldly divide everything in half.

Heat the oven to 210 degrees.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or oil, then sprinkle with flour (this technique is called "French cushion").

Grind the raisins to uniformity.

Beat in one bowl a softened butter, plain and vanilla sugar, cinnamon, molasses and raisins until smooth.

Add oatmeal and warm water to the dough in which the salt was previously dissolved. Shake again.

Pour in the flour mixed with soda, and finally mix the dough until smooth. If it seems too dry, you can add more water.

Roll out the dough on a flour-poured table in a 0.5-cm layer and cut out the future oatmeal cookies, the composition of which will allow your loved ones to plunge into the past. The shape can be arbitrary, but if you want "everything really", then use a round shape with a diameter of 5.5-6 cm.

Bake about 15 minutes before the ruddy color. You can also focus on preferences - if you like soft pastries, then cook less, if crispy, then longer.

Someone can confuse the recipe of the cookie above due to the abundance of oil and sugar. We will not leave them without food:

  • Oat flakes (ideally Hercules) - 200 grams;
  • Egg whites - 4 pieces;
  • Cottage cheese low fat content - 200 grams;
  • Raisins - 60 grams;
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
  • A substitute for vegetable sugar (stevioside) - 1/4 tsp.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

To make oatmeal cookies (the composition "is more useful nowhere"), mix all products uniformly and place them on a prepared baking tray.
