Motivation of work

The task of any leader, regardless of the size of the enterprise - to get the maximum possible profit. For this purpose, the appropriate personnel are selected and a staff of workers is created. Depending on the size of the enterprise, the number of employees also changes. In order for them to work effectively, it is necessary to take into account a number of factors. One of them is motivation of work. This term means the process of encouraging employees to a particular activity to achieve the objectives of the enterprise by meeting their own needs.

Motivation of labor has a step-like structure. This process should be designed for a long period, since one-time shares, as a rule, do not bring the desired result. When developing a strategy, the following should be considered:

· The propensities and interests of employees;

· Individual and professional qualities and limits of development of employees;

· The motivational capabilities of each employee and team.

Each leader needs to determine in a timely manner and correctly the priorities of the activity. Each employee should be convinced that the growth of the company's profit and labor productivity is the main internal goal of himself. In this regard, it is necessary to create conditions under which the objectives of the employee and the enterprise will coincide. In addition, the employee should perceive his activities as a source of self-improvement, the basis for career and professional growth.

Motivation of work is a process that involves the use of various motives and incentives for a person. The attitude of the employee to work is largely determined by the system of values of the person himself, the psychological climate in the team, the working conditions that are created at the enterprise, and the incentives used.

The motivation system should guarantee employees:

1. Full-time employment.

2. Providing opportunities for career and professional growth.

3. Consistency of labor results and level of payment.

4. Safety of work.

5. Favorable climate in the team.

Motivation of work uses the following methods:

· Economic:

- Straight. Piece-work or time-based pay, bonuses and other material incentives for quantitative and qualitative indicators, payment of training.

- Indirect. Payment of expenses for travel, accommodation, provision of food on the territory of the enterprise.

· Non-monetary. Promotion of the career ladder, further training, better working conditions, participation in meetings, flexible work schedules.

Thus, it is possible to form the basic criteria of labor motivation:

1. Clearly built model of the organization's functioning. Every employee knows his rights and responsibilities.

2. Personal responsibility for the results of work.

3. The formation of a corporate atmosphere, where each employee feels comfortable.

Motivation of workers' labor can occur in different ways. It depends on many factors. You can identify the main forms that are used most often:

1. Wages. It is used as an evaluation of performance.

2. The system of benefits: bonuses, health insurance, co-payments for length of service, loans, increased vacations, sale of products at a discount, early retirement at will, organization of transportation to the place of work and so on.

3. Elimination of psychological and administrative barriers among workers. Development of mutual understanding and trust in the team.

4. Organization and conduct of various activities that increase the meaningfulness and attractiveness of labor, stimulating the responsibility and independence of employees.
