Memory is something you need to protect!

After thirty years, many start complaining about a bad memory. Why is it getting worse? How can you train your memory? The answers to these and other questions you will find in this article.

Our memory can deteriorate as a result of craniocerebral trauma, as well as other diseases, constant stressful situations, sleep disorders, alcoholism, tobacco smoking, drug use, reaching a certain age.

Therefore, try to go in for sports, get enough sleep and eat right. During exercise, brain cells are supplied with oxygen, which has a significant effect on memory, and such an important component of the regimen of the day, like a healthy sleep, improves brain function. Try not to get into stressful situations, because stress causes a huge loss of memory. Enter into your diet such complex carbohydrates as legumes, cereal bread, oatmeal, brown rice, lentils, as well as foods rich in fatty acids: fish, fish oil, flaxseed oil.

The best way to develop memory is to train it. Read a variety of literature not related to your type of main activity, try to memorize the lyrics that you listen to, communicate more with different people, play games that require mental stress, for example, chess.

The best exercise that develops memory is the violation of its usual boundaries, forcing the brain to seek other ways. If you have never before solved puzzles or crossword puzzles, then it's time to do it! You can study foreign languages or learn to play on any musical instrument.

Memory is the process of printing, saving, reproducing information.
