The drug "Clindacin" (candles), an analogue of the drug ("Dalacin") are antibiotic agents. Under the influence of drugs there is a violation of intracellular protein synthesis of microbes in the early stages.

The drug "Klindacin" in therapeutic dosages has bacteriostatic activity, and in elevated - bactericidal effect.

When intravaginal introduction (in the vagina), about five percent of the drug enters the systemic circulation.

The drug "Klindatsin" (candles) recommends the instruction for vaginosis, provoked by microorganisms that show sensitivity to the drug. The dosage is one hundred milligrams per night. To apply the medicine "Klindacin" (candles) the instruction recommends within three to seven days.

Oral medicament is prescribed for infectious inflammatory pathologies in severe course caused by microbes that exhibit instability to the agent. Indications, in particular, include peritonitis, suppurative infections of wounds, skin or soft tissues, adnexitis, osteomyelitis, empyema of the pleura, abscess in the lung, pneumonia. Inside the medicine is prescribed as a prophylaxis for the removal of teeth. The drug is indicated for the prevention of intra-abdominal abscesses, peritonitis after trauma or intestinal perforation (in combination with aminoglycosides).

Adults prescribe the medicine "Clindacin" inside at a dose of one hundred and fifty - four hundred and fifty milligrams every six hours. The recommended dosage for children is three to six milligrams per kilogram every six hours.

When removing teeth, adults are advised to take a medication of six hundred milligrams in one or two doses.

The drug form of the drug "Clindacin" is recommended for the elimination of acne vulgaris. Apply the drug twice or thrice during the day on the affected area.

Solution for the introduction of a vein or muscle is prescribed to adults in a dose of 0.6-2.7 grams per day. In some cases agranulocytosis, leukopenia (reversible), thrombocytopenia, neutropenia are noted.

The use of the drug "Clindacin" can cause allergies, including anaphylactic shock, erythema multiforme, Quincke's edema, hives.

With rapid intravenous infusion lowers blood pressure, there is weakness and dizziness.

External application of the drug may cause irritation, contact dermatitis.

In some cases, the emergence of candidiasis, pseudomembranous colitis.

To the side effects of the drug "Clindacin" (candles), the instruction refers to vulvovaginal irritation or vaginitis, as well as cervicitis.

The drug is not prescribed for hypersensitivity.
