Products:

Meat should be cut into pieces and beaten with a hammer. Then lightly fry on both sides, pepper and salt. Next, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the finely chopped greens, cucumber, garlic, chopped nuts, mayonnaise to make a thick mass. Now put the meat in a mold and pour over the sauce. The dish is baked for about half an hour at 210 degrees. This recipe will be an excellent option if you do not know how to fry the meat in the oven.

Cold boiled pork in the sleeve

Products:

  • Pork (one piece) - 0.7 kg;
  • salt;
  • Pepper ground black;

To begin with, the water must be brought to a boil, add pepper, salt, bay leaf, spices. Then cool the water and put the meat into it. Then make small incisions and lard with peeled garlic. Place the pork in a baking sleeve and send it to the oven at 190 degrees. Bake baked pork for at least an hour. At the end, you can remove the top of the sleeve so that the meat is rosy.
