Another version of this dish: chicken in the oven with potatoes and sauce. To make it, you need potatoes, chicken legs, salt, tarragon, pepper and tomatoes. And for sauce: sour cream, olive oil, soy sauce, ginger root and garlic.

The washed and thawed chicken legs are salted, peppered and piled in a container. Above put several tarragon leaves and tomatoes. The carcase is coated on all sides, cuts the skin in 5-6 places and pushes the lobes of lemon under it. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into thick rings and folded into a pan. From above a little grease with vegetable oil. The carcass is sprinkled a little more with lemon juice and laid over the garnish. The pan is placed for an hour in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.
