Necessary products: a glass of milk, a glass of manga, half a cup of granulated sugar, half a cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 40 g of butter, 3 eggs, salt and lean oil.

In the beginning, milk and semolina need to cook a rather thick semolina porridge. We add salt, sugar and butter to the cooking. When the porridge is ready, it should be cooled and put into a clean bowl. Then you need to separate the yolks from the egg whites. Egg whites in clean dishes put in the refrigerator. The yolks are immediately added to the oozed semolina. Then add half a glass of flour and mix thoroughly.

After that, take the egg whites from the refrigerator and quickly whisk them into a foam. In this mass we introduce into the dough for the mannik and everything is gently mixed. In the baking tray we use tracing paper or parchment paper. Brush the paper with any vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Next, pour the dough for the mannik into a baking dish.

Recently, from a friend I learned how to cook a mannik on milk, not cooking semolina porridge. For its preparation, the products are needed in the same volume. For one glass of sugar - a glass of flour, a glass of mango, a glass of milk. And also 2 eggs, baking powder or soda, slaked with vinegar.

In the beginning, the milk should be combined with a mango, sugar and eggs and leave the dough alone. After 20 minutes, add flour to the resulting mixture, vinegar, soda (or two teaspoons of baking powder). And then just a matter of technology. Fill the dough in a greased with lean oil form, put the form in a hot oven, where in 40 minutes our manicure on milk will be ready.

The recipe for this mannik is not the only one, there are a lot of them. Which of them is a classic manic? Well, now a few words about how to make such a mannik. We take the following products: a glass of mango, a glass of 15% sour cream, half a glass of sugar, one and half cups of flour, 3 eggs, salt, lean oil and 1/2 teaspoon of quenched soda (or a teaspoon of baking powder).

First we mix a glass of sour cream with a glass of manga. We set for 35 minutes to brew. And at this time we'll fry the eggs with sugar and then mix the egg mass with sour cream and mango. Again, mix thoroughly until smooth. After that, we introduce flour and mix not very thick dough - in consistency it should be like a dough for pancakes. Next, the dough is poured into the mold, which must be pre-oiled. And in a heated oven put the minutes at 35-40, putting out the average fire. We check the preparedness of the mannik with any wooden rod. Eat for health!
