13-Day Test: Angel's Diet

This is the name of one of the most popular and effective diets of our time - the Angel diet. Every woman knows: if she wants to get rid of excess kilograms of excess weight within a short time, strengthen her health to improve her overall well-being, she should turn to this method.

In general, the Angel diet is quite simple. Its weekly menu is a structure that should always be at hand. The first day for breakfast should be drunk one serving of coffee (naturally, without sugar), at lunch - eaten two boiled eggs "boiled" a small tomato and a little green salad. For dinner, you can prepare a slice of lean beef, boiled or fried in vegetable oil, supplement it with a portion of spinach.

In general, it can be said that the Angel Menu diet is quite strict: exclusively protein food, with vegetables and fruits, excluding fats and carbohydrates completely. This means that all salads should be eaten without sauces and dressings, any kind of mayonnaise, ketchup and sour cream. No sugar and all other products containing it, including some fruits - bananas, grapes, persimmons and apricots during the diet are prohibited, like potatoes and, of course, salt. The only thing that the Angel's hard diet allows, is the use of liquids: ordinary and mineral water, herbal tea or decoctions - all this is allowed, while alcohol, sweet fruit juices and tea with sugar are excluded, for understandable reasons .
