Lose weight with activated charcoal: myth or reality?

  2. The number of tablets equal to 1 piece per 10 kg of weight is drunk for 3 sets during the day.

Activated carbon itself is safe, so it is a natural remedy, and at the same time it is an excellent absorbent. This effect is largely due to its porous structure, due to which it absorbs all toxins and fluids, thereby purifying the body. This is one of the reasons that losing weight with activated charcoal is considered real and harmless. In fact, coal removes all unnecessary and harmful substances, including fat. Its use is justified in case of poisoning of the body with harmful substances, as well as in intestinal disorders.

In itself, weight loss with activated charcoal is not effective, but its periodic use has a beneficial effect on the entire body as a whole. In this case, the term of such cleaning should not exceed 10 days, and use the drug better on an empty stomach. So activated charcoal is inexpedient to use, as a separate drug for weight loss, but it makes sense to use it as an excellent detox and cleaner for the whole body. Even cleaning with activated charcoal is impossible without prior consultation with the doctor, as there are a number of contraindications to taking and some side effects that you should know in advance. So people with constipation charcoal will do more harm than good, because it has the ability to absorb liquid, thereby stimulating the development of these same constipation.

Both variants of such a diet suggest that within 10 days a person eats only activated carbon and water. It is worth noting that even without the first participant such a diet will significantly reduce weight, but this will not happen due to the reduction of the fat layer, but due to the burning of muscles. In addition, over these days the body will lose a significant amount of vitamins and minerals necessary for it, so the benefits of a diet with activated charcoal are highly questionable.

Do not consider weight loss with activated charcoal panacea in combating obesity. Most likely, the effect of this drug on the body either was too overrated, or misinterpreted. Undoubtedly, coal will be an excellent assistant in the removal of harmful substances, thanks to its porous structure and natural origin, but as for the questions of achieving an ideal figure, then it rather holds neutrality.

The use of absolutely any drug sold through the pharmacy network must necessarily be agreed with the doctor. So even the most harmless at first glance activated charcoal can cause disorders of the intestine, for example. Do not believe in the miraculous power of pills and shift all responsibility to fight overweight on them. The use of coal will be justified and appropriate in the event that a person adheres to a balanced diet, but at the same time wants to clean the body. Such a measure is short-term and should not exceed the established threshold of 10 days. Weight reduction is a very laborious process, which is bound to change not only the food system, but also the whole way of life of a person as a whole. A short-term diet will give results only for a short period of time. For more stable results, you need to completely revise your entire lifestyle and stick to its new option for several years.
