How many calories are there in the boiled chicken? Its calorie content (a hundred grams) is small, only two hundred and four calories. Thus, the ratio of proteins and fats: 20.8 g and 8.8 g, respectively. Such indicators give the chance to safely enjoy the boiled chicken meat, not being afraid to type superfluous kgs.

Now consider how many calories in a fried chicken. A hundred grams of the product - two hundred and forty calories. This is not much, if you recall the juicy chicken breast with a crispy crust! The indicators of proteins and fats did not go far from the boiled meat: proteins - eleven grams and fats 26.3 g.

Stewed chicken in terms of caloric content almost corresponds to a fried chicken (per hundred grams):

To prepare this dish we will need:

  • Chicken carcass (1-1.3 kg)

For marinade:

  • Garlic (pair of teeth);
  • Bay leaves (3 pieces);
  • Coriander (teaspoon);
  • Lean oil (tablespoon);
  • Lemon juice (a couple of tablespoons);
  • Black pepper (ground).

In addition, to prepare the glaze will be required: a teaspoon of mustard and the same amount of honey.

Preparation:

  • Pre-treated chicken. Then dry it using a paper towel.
  • Mix the oil with lemon juice, gradually adding salt, laurel leaves, pepper, coriander and finely chopped garlic. Thoroughly mix.

  • We prepare the glaze, mixing honey and mustard and, having smeared the carcass with the mixture obtained, we put it again on the lower grate. In the dishes for fat pour one hundred and fifty grams of water (hot).
  • We cook another forty minutes, turning the carcass every ten minutes.

Caloric content of smoked chicken is quite small, only two hundred calories (100 g). But, most surprisingly, chicken shish kebab (marinated with vinegar) is considered the most low-calorie dish - 116 kcal per hundred grams. Chicken meat for shish kebab, marinated in mayonnaise, is significantly different: one hundred and forty-seven calories per hundred grams!

  • Fillet (chicken) - about a kilogram;
  • Onion - two hundred grams;
  • 3% vinegar - 2.5 tablespoons.

Preparation:
