For preparation we need the following ingredients:

  • Kefir or curdled milk 200 g;

  • 1 egg;
  • butter.

Kefir is mixed with egg, flour, sugar, vanillin, add the cleaned and mashed pumpkin - mix well. Butter is heated and we lower the formed fritters in it, fry it from two sides.

  • The dough should look like a thick sour cream;
  • For the splendor use an ancient recipe: in the dough you need to pour in 20 gr. Not strong beer;

The flour must necessarily be sifted so that the pancakes are lush, add warm water and leave for half an hour to "come up". After the bubbles appear in the test, add sugar, salt and vegetable oil, while gently stirring the whisk or mixer.
