Squid stewed in sour cream

Squids have one distinctive feature. When frozen, they completely retain all their organoleptic properties, such as taste, color, texture and odor. Therefore, to cook squid stewed in sour cream, you can use them not only fresh, but also frozen. On the palatability of the dish this does not affect.

For example, in China and Japan, squid is used and raw, and dried, and stewed, and fried, and pickled, and baked. In the frying pan, even suckers and eyes are dried, which, according to the inhabitants of these countries, resemble the taste of nuts.
