Layered salad for the winter with cucumber-tomatoes in its own juice

In this version, pouring is not required, so that the taste is particularly rich and elegant. The ratio of ingredients - at your discretion, except that tomatoes and cucumbers should be an equal amount. All vegetables are cut with circles-rings and placed in sterilized half-liter jars layer by layer: onion - cucumbers - sweet pepper - tomatoes. If necessary, the layers are repeated. Vegetables are compacted during packing, because they settle during sterilization. When the dish is filled "on the shoulders", a spoonful of salt is poured into it, two are sugars and a pinch of coriander, and lean oil (a large spoon) is poured into it. Covered cans are sterilized for about half an hour. After removal, a spoonful of vinegar is poured into each, the containers are sealed, and a beautiful layered salad for winter cools in an inverted form, under the blanket. Cabbage variant

Fans of more traditional twists can offer another layered salad for the winter - with cucumbers, onions, cabbage, tomatoes and sweet pepper. Cooled traditionally, wrapped upside down and upside down.

Unusual salad with aubergines

Many without "blue" can not imagine a decent table, even everyday. For them - a special layered salad for the winter. True, to roll it, you have to work hard. Eggplants are cut into thin circles, podsalivayutsya and fried. Then a large pot is taken and a whole "stack" is put into it:

  1. Fried "blue", sprinkled with finely chopped garlic.
  2. Tomatoes cut into slices. Some landladies also deprive them of their skins, but, in our opinion, this is superfluous: it is labor-intensive, and the tomatoes after they spread and lose sight.
  3. Sweet peppers are rings or large squares.
  4. Cubes of apples (do not twist when cutting).
  5. Onion rings.

The layers are repeated, and all this is poured into a glass of oil, poured and stewed on the slowest fire for about 50 minutes. In hot form the salad is laid out on sterile cans. Try to maintain the layering. Store preferably if not in a cool, then at least away from the radiators.
