Lavash, baked in the oven with ham and vegetables
This wonderful roll is perfect as a snack for beer, and it can also be used as a separate dish. The only drawback of this roll is high caloric content. 2 sheets of thin pita bread will require 200 grams of cheese and ham, some ketchup and mayonnaise, as well as any vegetables (ideally - tomato, bell pepper, green onions, parsley). Of these ingredients, two rolls are produced, one half of the products must be taken to make one.

Fans of this oriental dish do not need to buy it at all, risking their health. You can cook a delicious shawarma at home, and from quality products. It will be pita bread, baked in the oven with meat, cheese and vegetables. For 2 portions you need to take 1 pita, half a small chicken breast (raw), half a bulb, a small carrot, a little white cabbage, a tomato, a quarter of a glass of milk, egg and cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup, mayonnaise, greens.
First prepare the chicken. To do this, the breast is finely chopped and fried in a frying pan, greased with any fat, salt and pepper to taste. The onion is fried in the same way. The remaining vegetables and herbs are finely chopped (carrots and cheese tinder). Then pita bread is divided into 2 parts, smeared with ketchup and mayonnaise, spread the meat, onions, cheese, vegetables, fold with a tight envelope and place on a baking tray. The egg is beaten with milk, a little salted and poured over this mixture of envelopes, after which they put in the oven for about 30 minutes with an average warm-up. A delicious dinner is ready. It is best to serve this shawarma with juice or beer.
Those who do not want to bake lavash in the oven, you can advise a cold roll with different fillings, for example, with sausage, cheese and pickled mushrooms. On thin lavash you need 100 grams of sausage (any), cheese and pickled mushrooms, and even greens and mayonnaise. For starters, pita bread is divided in half. Then one half of it is greased with mayonnaise, they spread the mushrooms cut in randomly and the cut greens. On top, place the second part of the pita bread, also cover with mayonnaise, then spread the diced sausage and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then fold a tight roll, placing it in a bag or in a film, and for several hours put in the refrigerator. Served, cut into portions and laid out on a dish decorated with lettuce leaves.
