Origin

For Ivan's father - the cult director and screenwriter Gleb Panfilov ("Beginning", "Mother", "Vassa"), marriage with actress Inna Churikova was not the first. He has the eldest son Anatoly, who went in the footsteps of his father, acting in film and working as an artist-director. For the first time his future talented spouse Panfilov saw in the image of Baba-Yaga. She was a graduate of the Shchepkinsky School and an actress of the Theater for Young Spectators. Their joint work in the cinema began with the film "There Is No Fire in the Fire" (1967). And the legendary picture "The Beginning" (1970) about Joan of Arc made Panfilov and Churikov world-famous.

Marriage of two creative personalities turned out to be extremely strong, and in 1978 the couple had a son - Panfilov Ivan Glebovich (photo can be seen in the article). His birthday is February 8th. Living in an atmosphere of communication with creative people, the boy was carried away by parody, depicting those who were often shown on television in those years: pop stars, politicians, actors. Ivan did not retreat and entered MGIMO, having obtained the specialty of an international lawyer. Instead of moving along the career ladder of a successful lawyer, he unexpectedly opened a restaurant. Culinary skills, he also showed since childhood, with six years of interest in the cooking process.

With 20 years of living alone, the young man turned to the head of the firm, where he worked, which would not hurt to open a coffee shop for employees. In response, he received the phrase: "If you want to solve the problem of nutrition, then take care of it yourself." In 23 years, in fact, the young man became a full partner of the owner of the company. In his life there were construction, costing, hiring staff. Parents were horrified: their son and heir of the family - Ivan Glebovich Panfilov - turned into a director of the public catering with a huge patency.

Leaving the jurisprudence, the young man decided to open a restaurant in Peredelkino called "Children of the Sun". In the pine forest, on the site of the village, formed by the writers' community. Initially, it was considered not only as a financial project, but also a place for gathering creative intelligentsia with literary and poetic evenings. Not feeling the support of the Litfond, Panfilov, Jr. nevertheless won praise from the restaurant master, Arkady Novikov, who recognized the project as timely. This institution exists until now.

Inna Churikova starred in the film in the title role. There is a track record of Ivan and an episode in the "Moscow Saga" (2004), and a little earlier, in 2000, he showed himself as a screenwriter. The young man helped his father in writing the film version of the play about the Romanov dynasty "The Crowned Family". We could not do without him in the documentary, where the main character was his father - Gleb Panfilov (2006). It is called "Your theme".
