Baking from curdled milk is easy to prepare and relatively low cost of ingredients.

Take, for example, a cookie. You will need flour - about 400 grams, half a glass of sugar, 50 grams of vegetable oil, lemon juice - about 2 incomplete tablespoons, a little soda, curdled milk - 2 cups, for decorating cookies - powdered sugar and a little butter for lubrication.

In a deep dish (for convenience of mixing) pour the yogurt, vegetable oil with sugar and whisk until smooth. It is noteworthy that this recipe assumes the formation of the biscuit itself after baking, that is, the rolled dough should be entirely laid out on a baking sheet (previously oiled). The temperature in the oven should be about 180 degrees. Determine the willingness to color - the future cookies should become golden. Do not let it cool, cut into pieces of the right size, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

In addition to one glass of curdled milk, you will need 400 milliliters of milk, 4 eggs, sugar - up to two glasses, as much flour, a packet of butter, walnuts, hydrated soda.

Make a magnificent foam, whisking 2 eggs, half of sugar, soda, pre-extinguishing it with vinegar. Then add curdled milk and a glass of flour. Mix again and divide into three parts.

Take a baking dish, lightly oil it. Put one part of the dough into a mold, put it in a preheated oven and bake until cooked. Do the same with the rest of the test.

While baked cakes, you can cook the cream. To do this, mix the remaining two eggs with flour and sugar. Boil the milk. Mass of flour, eggs and sugar, put in boiling milk and continue to heat on a small fire until thick. Add the cream butter to the cream, stirring quickly the warm mass. Put the cream in a cool place (or even in a refrigerator) for 20 minutes.
