Pasta Carbonara: recipe with cream and without

Italy - the birthplace of famous dishes from flour products. One of the most common traditional dishes among them is pasta. Pastes are distinguished by sauces, some of which are considered real culinary masterpieces. Especially delicious chef recipes are kept secret and they are offered to visitors of their restaurants. Culinary masterpieces are not an easy task, therefore it's easier to cook such a dish as a paste of carbonara, the recipe of which will be given below.

Various recipes can be used to prepare the dish, as each hostess likes to experiment and add something new. So, for example, there is a paste of carbonara recipe with cream and without them.

Carbonara paste with cream
The recipe requires the following products: fettuccine, olive oil, cream, greens (parsley and basil), eggs, bacon, hard cheese (preferably Parmesan).

In order for the dish to be cooked in accordance with all the standards of Italian cuisine, it is necessary to properly boil the fettuccine, which can be replaced with ordinary spaghetti. To avoid blocking, many add a little vegetable oil during cooking or rinse the finished product with water. Italian chefs do not even suggest such a "folly". The sauce is prepared in order for the fettuccine or spaghetti to be soaked, which will ensure that there is no blocking, and then they will not need to be washed. So, to make a carbonara paste recipe, it was cooked correctly, you need to boil spaghetti or fettuccine in salted water, pouring a pack into boiling water and holding for 5-7 minutes. Then the water is simply drained.

Separately fry the bacon, cut into thin strips, adding a little olive oil, so beloved in Italy. It is advisable to pick up deep dishes, because later it will need to shift the finished flour product, which is done when the bacon is toasted. There also add chalk cut green and mix everything.

It is also necessary to mix the cream (30% fat content) - 1 cup will be enough - with egg yolks and parmesan, shabby on a shallow grater. The mixture is poured into hot bacon with spaghetti and allowed to brown for a few minutes. Thus, the Carbonara paste recipe with cream is ready.

Carbonara paste without cream
The recipe for cooking carbonated paste without cream is also simple. Instead of bacon, you can use smoked pork or brisket, which is cut into small cubes. In deep dishes fry the garlic, passed through the press and after 5 minutes to it add the prepared meat. For roasting, use only olive oil. The process continues until the appearance of a crispy crust.

Separately boil spaghetti or fettuccine, not forgetting the recommendations of the Italian chefs, and add them to the meat, continuing to fry with continuous stirring for about 30 seconds.

Now repeat the procedure for preparing the fill. Only in this case the paste of the carbonara recipe does not imply the use of cream: just whisk the eggs whole and slightly add them. The mixture is poured into spaghetti and, without forgetting to turn off the fire, mix, pouring finely shabby cheese. The total amount of cheese is 100 g, first you need to add only half the dose.

Next, wait until the eggs are roasted and add the rest of the cheese, then mix well and the recipe for the Carbonara paste can be considered complete.

Regardless of the way of cooking any pasta carbonara recipe requires feeding the dish hot. From the top it can be decorated with leaves of basil and parsley, if they do not add during cooking. Such a simple recipe will take a little time, but the result will please the whole family or your loved one.
