That is, they cause a lot of trouble excessive excessive sweating. Its causes may lie in a normal reaction to external stimuli or be a sign of some serious disease. An increased function of the sweating system is called hyperhidrosis. There are localized (local sweating) and general hyperhidrosis. Local sweating is characterized by increased work of sweat glands in specific areas of the body (armpits, soles of the feet, palms, large creases on the human body). General hyperhidrosis is due to the active work of all the sweat glands in the body.

At least this unpleasant situation worsens the appearance of a person due to the appearance of wet stains on clothes, an unpleasant smell of sweat. There is a more serious reason for concern, since sweat is a favorable environment for the development of microbes and pathogenic fungi. Thus, there is a risk of developing fungal and other infectious diseases. But not only this should alarm a person who has excessive sweating. The causes of this condition should be subjected to clinical evaluation, as they may include tumorous, neurological, infectious or endocrine diseases.

Excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis, is due to a thyroid disorder or diabetes. For people with overweight are also characterized by excessive sweating. The reasons for it in this case should be associated with the use of certain medications (antidepressants, contraceptives, hormonal drugs), digestion disorders, deficiency of vitamins and minerals, impaired immune function, low mobility due to aging, musculoskeletal disorders And muscles.

In spite of the fact that in the majority of cases there is an absolutely harmless increase in sweating, the reasons for it can be set and all anxieties can be dispensed with only through a medical examination and consultation with a doctor. If a person sweats more than other people in a hot time, then sweating in this case is a normal reaction to a difficult situation: the body, thanks to self-regulation, lowers the body temperature, which makes it easier to transfer the heat.
