You probably noticed that on the shelves of grocery stores and food supermarkets there is a fish chilled and frozen. The river is often sold alive. The second popular and simple way is to use a microwave oven. It is suitable only for pieces of medium size, placed inside the device. Select the desired mode and place the fish on the dish. Do not forget to periodically remove the dishes by opening the door, and turn the pieces for even processing. After the required time has elapsed, leave the product inside the chamber for another five to ten minutes.

This method is based on the use of warm air for thawing pieces. In a large saucepan, on top of which a colander is installed, boil the water. Put the container on a very weak fire. Then put in a colander, through which the hot air, smaller dishes with frozen unpacked fish will go up. Periodically change the lower pieces to the upper ones. When the fish becomes soft, place it on a paper towel to drain excess moisture. Check if the carcass is completely thawed. For this, pierce the fork in several places. If you do not feel the crunch of ice, then you can start cooking.
