Sauce for Caesar salad with chicken

To prepare you need:

  • Lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed) - 0.5 pcs .;
  • Oil (olive) - 90 ml;
  • Chicken egg - 1 piece;
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Table vinegar - 1 teaspoon;

To make this sauce you need to boil a chicken egg. To do this, it must be thrown into boiling water and left in it for a minute, immediately reducing the fire to a minimum. After this preparation, the egg should be immediately broken into a separate bowl and add mustard to it. These ingredients must be grinded to form a maximally uniform mass, and then add lemon juice, vinegar and seasoning. Then the mass must be peppered, salt and only then stir again until a uniform consistency is obtained. It will be just fine if you make it a mixer - in this case, the refueling for "Caesar" will not only be maximally uniform, but also very airy. This stage is the final step in the preparation of the sauce.

To date, there is a wide variety of dressings for this salad, but the Worcester sauce is the best dressing for Caesar. He's preparing very easily.

Worcester Sauce

To prepare you need:

  • Tomato paste;
  • A decoction based on champignons;
