How to cook butter and potatoes in sour cream? It is best to use pots. At the bottom of each stacked sliced potatoes, then chopped onion rings, on top - a layer of mushrooms. You can add a spoonful of butter. Generously pour sour cream and send it to the oven. Prepare the dish for about an hour. Shortly before shutting down in each pot, we put a handful of grated cheese - this will finally set the flavoring accents.
