  • 300 g of pasta;
  • 350 gr cheese of hard varieties;
  • 2.5 cups of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons Wheat flour;
  • 3 tablespoons Cream or vegetable oil;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

So, we start to cook macaroni and cheese. The recipe, in its approximate sequence, will look like this:

1. First, rub the cheese on a large grater. Preferably take a few varieties, thanks to this dish will be much more interesting.

2. Heat the milk slowly over low heat. Then add butter and flour to it, be sure to stir the mixture with a corolla so that no lumps form. Bring to a boil. Then remove the milk from the plate and add salt to it (optional - and pepper) and half the cheese previously grated.

3. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bringing them up to readiness, with the help of a watercolor drain the water and rinse the pasta with water. Add the previously obtained cheese sauce. We mix everything thoroughly.

4. Warm up the baking dish and lubricate it with oil. We spread the already prepared mixture of pasta with the sauce and sprinkle the top with the rest of the grated cheese. For 20-25 minutes bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

When preparing to cook macaroni and cheese, the recipe can also be varied with the help of an egg. This dish is called a pasta with macaroni and cheese. To do this, it will be enough to have the same ingredients that were described earlier, with the addition of 4 pieces of eggs. Preparing pasta with cheese and egg, the sequence of actions coincides with the above. The only thing when the pasta is ready, they add not only cheese sauce, but also eggs, pre-whipped with, for example, forks. Serve the casserole on the table in a slightly chilled form, it can be decorated with green sprigs or pieces of fresh tomatoes.

As can be seen from the above recipes, creating a nourishing, tasty and useful dish of pasta at home is fairly straightforward.
