How to cook delicious chicken legs in an oven with a potato.
Many, thinking about what would be delicious to cook for dinner, choose a dish of chicken. First, it is inexpensive, and therefore affordable. Secondly, it's getting ready pretty quickly. And thirdly, this meat is low-calorie, so it can be eaten for dinner without risking spoiling the figure (of course, in moderate amounts).
Variants of ready meals with the use of a bird entirely or its various parts are numerous. One of the most accessible and uncomplicated in cooking is chicken legs in the oven with potatoes. Depending on the number of ingredients, they can be fed as a small family, and a serious company of hungry guests.
Of course, there are many other ways to prepare chicken legs with potatoes: in a multivarquet, in a frying pan, in a steamer, in a microwave. But it is baked in the oven on the baking sheet, they are obtained with a crisp, and at the same time everything is fried without excess fat in its own juice.
As the chicken is fried fairly quickly, it is desirable to pre-cook the potatoes until half-ready (this can be done directly in the skin, after thoroughly washing the tubers with water). Having collected all the necessary ingredients, you can start cooking. To chicken legs in the oven with potatoes turned out more juicy and delicious, it is advisable to pick them up in advance for several hours. If this is not possible, then they need to be left in the marinade at least for a while, while the potatoes are brewed.
Next, the pan is sent to the oven, covered with foil on top. Chicken legs in the oven with potatoes are cooked for 30-40 minutes, and after 15-20 minutes they should be opened. For flavor from above add crushed garlic (but this is not necessary). You can serve the dish separately (it already includes a side dish), but can be with fresh or salted vegetables and herbs.
Chicken legs in the oven with potatoes, fried in this way, go very tasty, unusually aromatic and look great on the table.
