Delicious and quick patties on kefir: recipe for cooking

Required products for filling and dough:

  • Kefir 3% thick (you can use sour milk instead) - 500 ml;
  • Chicken big egg - 6 pcs. (1 of them in the dough, and the rest in the filling);
  • Salt, small - 1,5 dessert spoons;
  • Soda food without quenching - 1 dessert spoon without a slide;
  • Sunflower oil odorless - 2/3 of a faceted glass (of which 2 large spoons are meant for dough, and the rest for roasting dishes);
  • Wheat flour - from 550 g;
  • Fresh leek - a large bunch;
  • Butter melted - 70 ml.

Process of kneading the base

Before you make a quick patty on kefir, you need to mix a good base. To do this, a little warm up 500 ml of kefir, and then extinguish it with baking soda, pour the table salt (1 dessert spoon), break the chicken egg, pour in the sunflower oil and add wheat flour. After mixing all the ingredients, you should get a thick, but very soft dough. It is recommended to wrap it in a food film and put it aside while egg-laying is being prepared.

Preparing the filling

The recipe for fast pies can include any stuffing. We decided to make a dish with green onions and eggs. After all, this filling is also prepared quickly and easily, as is the kefir base. To create it, you need to boil the eggs and then grate them on a large grater. After that, chop the green onions, pour it on the previously grated ingredient together with salt and sprinkle with melted butter.

Forming a dish

After some time, the kefir base is required to get out of the food film, and then pinch off a piece and roll it into a small circle with a diameter of up to 8 centimeters and a thickness of up to 9 millimeters. After that, in the center of the layer, it is necessary to place the egg-onion filling in the amount of 1 full large spoon. Further, the edges of the dough should be stained to form a beautiful and tidy patty. By analogy, all other semi-finished products are also produced.

Heat treatment

A quick patty on kefir should be fried on a hot dish with the addition of an odorless sunflower oil. At a time, it is recommended to lay out from 5 to 7 semi-finished products in a standard-sized stewpan. To fry such items on each side should not more than 6 minutes. This time is enough for the kefir dough to be completely roasted.

How to serve for dinner

After frying, a quick patty on kefir must be placed on a plate and presented to guests in a hot state along with sweet tea or some other drink. Also, to such a hearty and very tasty dish, it is recommended to serve additionally a hot tomato paste, ketchup or sauce.
