This delicious, fragrant and nutritious food, which, thanks to the presence of nutmeg in it, acquires a unique and refined taste.

For cooking beef with white sauce with mushrooms, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Beef 900 gr.
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 30gr. Butter (creamy)
  • 300gr. Champignons
  • 30 gr. olive oil
  • Spices, salt
  • 10gr. Nutmeg
  • Flour

Champignons clean and wash in water. Cream and olive oil, preheat in a pan, add the mushrooms and fry them until golden. Stir fried mushrooms into a two-liter pan.

Beef cut into small pieces, add spices and salt, roll in a small amount of flour and fry from two sides in a pan over medium heat. Place roasted meat on mushrooms. In the pot with mushrooms and meat add nutmeg and milk. Place the saucepan on a stove, and, on a small fire, simmer the dish for 40 minutes before the sauce thickens. The dish is ready!

To make pizza you will need:

  • 200 gr. Boiled pork
  • 2 pickled cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 champignons
  • Olives and tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • Basis for pizza or prepared dough.
  • 80 gr. Hard cheese

First, cut the boiled pork on thin strips. Then peel the onions and cut them into rings. After that, take the tomatoes, wash them and cut them in circles. Clean and rinse the champignons and cut them into small pieces. Rub on a large grater hard cheese (preferably Parmesan) and thin strips cut cucumbers.

Grease the round baking tray with oil and sprinkle with a small amount of flour. Hand evenly distribute the dough on the baking sheet (should get a thin layer). Dough plentifully grease with tomato sauce and arrange on it pre-cut ingredients in the following sequence: onion rings, mushrooms champignons, cold boar, cucumber strips, tomato rings, grated cheese. On top, carefully place the olives. Bake the dish in the oven for no more than 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
