How to cook a cake from the liver?

You can cook a pie from the chicken liver. This dish is useful and not very high in calories. For its preparation, you need about 800 grams of chicken liver. Grind it with a meat grinder or blender. There also add two cloves of garlic. After the mass becomes homogeneous, it is necessary to drive two chicken eggs into it. All very thoroughly mix. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Then we pour half a glass of flour. Mix the prepared mass again. Now bake pancakes in a frying pan. Try to make them as thin as possible. The baking technology is the same as that of ordinary pancakes. We fry on the one hand. And then turn to the other side.

Prepare the filling. We use grated carrots and finely chopped onions. Fry them in a frying pan, and then add greens, salt and a small amount of water. Stew for five minutes. Separately mix sour cream and squeezed through the press garlic. We spread on the liver cakes stuffing and grease the top with sour cream and garlic. So repeat the layer by layer. Top with sour cream and garlic sauce.
